Ankle Massage

1. Use your thumb to gently depress into the tissues surrounding the ankle bones. You should now make a circular motion as you’re depressing into the tissue.

2. Use your hand to lightly take hold of and release your calf muscle (the muscle on the back of your lower leg).

3. The Achilles tendon may be gently picked and pinched. You can also depress into the tissue and propel your fingers across the tissue in a circular motion.
