1.You should focus on calm and effortless abdominal breathing while holding a pushing posture as shown in Figure 194. As you place your body in a pushing posture, you should let your elbows slightly fall inwardly. You should feel a slight fanning-out sensation from one corner of your upper back to the other corner if you’re in the correct position (Figure 194).
