1. Depress the tissues along the inner foot arch that’s between the muscles and bones of the foot. While depressing into the tissues, propel your hand in a circular motion until you’ve reached your heel.
2. Take hold of the sides of your heel and gently depress along the sides of the heel.
3. Use the Chronic Sinew Liniment to make long and fluid massaging strokes across the top and bottom of the foot, moving from the heel toward the toes.
4. Sit down in a chair and roll a tennis or alike sized ball across the bottom of the foot, but don’t place any direct pressure over the painful area.
