1. Use your thumbs and fingers to gently depress and massage the painful area.

2. Use the Chronic Sinew Liniment to make long and fluid massaging strokes across the bottom of the foot, moving from the heel toward the toes.

3. Sit down in a chair and roll a tennis or alike sized ball across the bottom of the foot, but don’t place any direct pressure over the heel spur area.
